Hello, I would like to know how I can hook up my computer to my tv so my tv acts as the computer monitor. What kind of cable do I need?

If you computer has a VGA port, you can just use a two-ended VGA cable to connect them. If not, you can use a VGA to component video (if your television accepts component video in), or a VGA to S-video cable.
